Fikirte Aseged accidentally gave a deadly dosage of cleaning vinegar instead of colonoscopy prep medicine to her 64-year-old client who later died. Aseged worked at an assisted living facility in Spokane, Washington which she was fired from in April 19, 2019. The court ruled it was a tragedy but not a crime.

Over the weekend a homeless man attacked Kim Glass while she was saying goodbye to a friend. Glass posted a video on social media showing her injuries. She said she was struck by some kind of metal object.

“One Tree Hill” star Bevin Prince’s husband died after he was struck by lightning while boating with friends in North Carolina. Prince’s husband, William Friend was only 33 years old. CPR was performed on him for 20 minutes after he was struck. He was pronounced dead in an ambulance on the way to a hospital.

Corion Evans, 16, jumped into the Pascagoula River after he saw a car drive off the I-10 boat launch. The teen driver of the vehicle told authorities that she was following her GPS and didn’t realize she was driving toward the water. After hitting the water, the vehicle began to sink. The three girls escaped to the roof of the sinking vehicle.

The woman Molly Cheng, called 911 early Friday morning to report that her husband, 27-year-old Yee Lee, shot himself. Later that same day, one of her relatives called 911 reporting Cheng told them she was going to kill herself and her children. Authorities didn’t make it in time. The bodies were discovered the next day.

Sarah Levy, who played Twyla Sands on the comedy series, and husband Graham Outerbridge welcomed their first baby, son James Eugene Outerbridge, she announced on Instagram Tuesday. Baby James’ middle name, Eugene, is seemingly inspired by Sarah’s dad, Eugene Levy.

Liese Dodd, 22 was savagely murdered and decapitated by her on again off again boyfriend Deundrea S. Holloway. The victim was eight months pregnant, and her head was found in the dumpster behind her apartment.
