The San Diego school board is getting a lot of heat. The president of the school board suggested students uncomfortable with the renewed mask mandate should just “not return” to class and restart distance learning instead. There has been push back from the parents. Parents are demanding new leadership so they can put away these outdated policies.

Elderly woman attacked by alligators after falling into country club pond

The elderly woman, according to officials lived near the course and was seen falling into a pond at the Boca Royale Golf and Country Club. The woman reportedly fought to get out of the pond before alligators attacked her and pulled her under the water. The woman’s identity hasn’t been released.

West Virginia woman wakes up from 2-year coma after being attacked

Neighbors found the victim, Wanda Palmer unconscious in her home in West Virginia, on June 10, 2020, according to reports. Palmer had massive amounts of head trauma, consistent with some sort of hatchet-type injury. Palmer’s brother was a suspect. After being in a coma for two years, Wanda woke up and started talking and confirmed it was her brother that attacked her.

Former NFL star Marion Barber III’s cause of death revealed

Marion Barber III, an ex NFL running back for the Dallas Cowboys and Chicago Bears, died of heat stroke in June. The medical examiner ruled the 38-year-old’s death an accident. A wellness check was called on Barber, and he was found dead in his apartment. The heat was on 91 degrees, and there was no sign of trauma or drug overdoes.

Texas couple arrested after dead baby found in their dirty apartment

Officers said the infant was found with a swollen face and bruises all over their body. The interior of the couple’s apartment was filthy and messy. The baby’s father, 23-year-old Kameron Gammage, told police the baby’s injuries were from the infant hitting his head on the inside of the crib. Then later Gammage admitted he became frustrated after the baby wouldn’t stop crying and “accidentally” dropped the baby.
